Specifications include, but are not limited to: DOH – Clean Water Branch metal advisory sign production. Require quote on number of signs able to be produced with available funding. Signs shall be imaged on metal or similar method. The Department of Health, Clean Water Branch is soliciting bids for six hundred (600) aluminum signs. All signs shall be the following dimensions: 18” H x 12” W x minimum 0.03” thickness. All signs shall have rounded corners. All signs shall have a white background. All signs shall have two (2) predrilled three-eighth inch (3/8”) diameter mounting holes; mounting holes shall be located six inches (6”) from either side of the sign and approximately one inch (1”) from the top and one inch from the bottom of the sign.
