Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Cumberland is requesting cost proposals from qualified firms to execute the following scope of work for the replacement and installation of a new gate at the Cumberland Public Safety Complex. • Removal of Existing Structure: Take down the ornamental steel double swing gate and small gate, remove, and dispose of the two (2) existing gate posts. • Furnish and Installation: Install two (2) 6” X 12; S40 Square steel posts primed and painted black. • Rehang: Rehang existing panels and double gate (1-single gate, 1-gate leaf). • Asphalt: The contractor shall asphalt areas that are disturbed. • Landscape: Contractor shall loom and seed areas that are disturbed.
