Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Collect pavement surface distress and structural condition information through automated means and provide recommended surface treatments/repairs for said roads. The offeror will be required to load the data into the County’s current iWorQ pavement management software and in GIS format. 2. Collect digital images of the roadways taken at 25-50 ft intervals. 3. Develop a 10 (ten) year pavement management program plan in the form of a written report that will include current road conditions and anticipated road condition over the next 10 years if not repaired utilizing the information collected. The report will include, as specified in this proposal, the costs associated with the recommended treatments/repairs. As part of the work, the selected offeror will be required to develop condition degradation model curves for each roadway classification. These models will be used in forecasting the 10-year plan with improved accuracy. 4. Train the county Engineering Department the new data, data analysis and scenario configurations and how to use the data and extract pertinent information.
