Specifications include, but are not limited to: This RFP will result in a price agreement for on-call recruitment services for critical executive leadership positions. The City of Portland is in the process of changing its form of government and anticipates there may be a need to hire newly designed executive leadership positions. The Executive Search Firm (ESF) shall assist the City of Portland in attracting, interviewing, and hiring for multiple leadership positions. Services include development of a position description, terms of employment, advertising materials, development of recruitment plan, conducting a nationwide search, vetting of qualified candidates, and decision assistance in final selection. The ESF will coordinate its efforts with the Chief Human Resource Officer or designee.
