Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pulaski County is requesting competitive sealed bids to establish a contract for Water Treatment Services; Pulaski County is looking to establish a contract for a full service water treatment program that will limit the build up of scale, corrosion, microbiological growth and dirt/silt fouling for the sites owned and operated by Pulaski County and treat the open and closed loop water systems associated with each tower in the buildings it applies to so as to limit corrosion/rust. The Pulaski County Admin. building cooling tower shall be equipped with feeding and control equipment. The Extension building and Juvenile building shall be treated manually and tested every month to insure that adequate control is being maintained. The Pulaski County Courthouse shall have treatment of two (2) open and closed loop systems (hot loop and chilled loop) which shall consist of testing and sending monthly electronic reports. Service provider must have minimum of 2 years experience in the water treatment industry or related field. Service provider's organization must be ISO 9002 certified in chemical manufacturing and laboratory analysis. Service provider shall provide a computer-generated report with all test results to Pulaski County General Services Director. Service Provider shall make adjustments, calibrations, sensor cleaning etc. as necessary to maintain proper system operation. Service provider shall provide clearly posted labels for all chemicals used on sight. Service provider shall provide a 24-hour emergency hotline to respond to chemical emergencies.
