Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Installation of ten (10) parking kiosk concrete foundations. Owner to provide installation of kiosk’s following foundation construction. 2. Removal and replacement of approximately 35 traffic sign posts, anchor sleeves, and concrete. Materials for new sign posts, anchor sleeves, and sign mounting hardware to be provided by the Owner. This work includes sawcutting, excavation, and disposal of existing sign posts, anchor sleeves, concrete, and nondesired signs as determined by the Owner. Desired signs as determined by the Owner (approx. 35) to be salvaged for re-installation by Contractor on new posts installed by the Contractor. Surface restoration is also required by the Contractor. All other new signs to be installed by the Owner following installation of new posts by the Contractor 3. Installation of approximately 25 traffic sign posts and anchor sleeves, and concrete. Materials for new sign posts and anchor sleeves to be provided by the Owner.
