Specifications include, but are not limited to: The required services to be provided are energy management and HVAC control system services at the Terrell State Hospital. The Contractor must service the energy management and HVAC control system that serves approximately thirty buildings including seven patient residential HealthCare buildings, Administrative business occupancies, Campus Support buildings, Patient use buildings, and the Central Chiller and Boiler plants. Service and support will ensure uninterrupted control of the HVAC Energy Management/Buildings Automation System. The Contractor shall perform the following all on an as needed bases: Software programming, software updates, repairing equipment, troubleshooting, cable repairs, battery backup repairs, equipment replacements as required, monitoring of system as needed, assisting facility with changes in the program as needed.
