Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.) Site Work & Civil a. Clear & grub area and provide grading prep for landscaping and new paths to the building as indicated on sheet C3.0. Please coordinate with landscaper regarding final grades b. Owner will provide survey through WGM as needed c. See Interment Artifact Storage Building (W100) for other civil work inclusions 2.) Landscaping: a. Furnish & install all rock mulch, river rock, 3/8” minus granite, ¾” minus crushed base course, ¾” river rock, and raw metal edging as noted in the plans and specifications b. Furnish & install all native dryland seed mix as noted in the plans and specifications c. Furnish & install all plants and shrubs as noted in the plans and specifications d. Coordinate all work with other subs as needed e. Please note Bocce Ball Court is to be bid out as an alternate 3.) Rough & Finish Carpentry: a. Demo and haul off all items noted in the plans and specifications, including but not limited to: Demo existing doors as noted, demo floors and walls(fiber panels) as noted, demo windows as noted, some windows are to be salvaged, please clarify questions with Architect/Owner if needed, demo window sills and head jambs as noted, demo all shelving as noted, demo existing metal window well and plastic foundation vents as noted. b. Protect flooring that will be left in place as required c. Prep and clean the crawl space following demo as needed for new work d. The existing siding of the building is to be demoed and salvaged for re-use in as many locations as possible, after review of the conditions, the Owner anticipates being able to salvage around 40% of the existing siding, please account for 60% of new siding matching existing siding for this bid e. Demo all roofing materials, underlayment, fascia, and haul off, coordinate with new installation conditions and structural drawings prior to beginning. f. Furnish & install new framing per the structural drawings g. Furnish & install new CMU block to replace locations where plastic vents were removed h. Furnish & install new foundation wall for crawl space access, include epoxy doweling into existing foundation wall i. Furnish & install new gravel, vapor barrier and parch coat in foundation walls as noted j. Furnish & install new plywood sheeting as required, coordinate with homosote and siding installation k. Furnish & install new fasteners, clips, and plates per the structural drawings l. Furnish & install all new doors, frames, door trim, headers, and door hardware as noted in order to provide a complete install
