All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Roadway Reconstruction, Bridge Replacement, ITS on US 64, MP 7.308 to MP 8.124 for 0.816 miles; The Contractor shall provide cell phones with cell phone service for this Project. The cell phones shall have internet access with voice and data connectivity with a service provider or carrier and a service plan. The Contractor shall provide up to three (3) cell phones for Department Inspectors for the duration of the Project. Utility relocation is not anticipated for this Project as there are no known utility impacts within the Project limits. If utilities are discovered within the Project limits the Contractor shall take the necessary precautions to protect the utility from damage caused by the Work. If any such utility is damaged, the Contractor shall bear the cost of repair to the satisfaction of the utility owner. The Contractor shall be responsible for all associated repair costs and no additional Contract Time will be granted for repairs.
