Specifications include, but are not limited to: Installation of a central control platform to unify three controllers into a single, remotely accessible control platform for system management with the following functionality: • Flow and Pressure Monitoring and Management • Water Level Monitoring and Management • Monitoring and Management of Multiple Water Sources Simultaneously on the same controller • 2-wire and Traditional Wire Control Capability in the same controller • Remove battery operated timers from system and develop control operation of valve using the above-mentioned controller. Installation of a dedicated well to maintain pond water level using the irrigation control platform including flow sensor. Pumping function to be controller using level transducers and pump start/stop functionality. Discovery of well location, permitting, power supply and controller integration is proposal contractor’s responsibility. Well and pump to be 15 gallons per minute or greater. If approved well location does not yield 15 gallons per minute or greater a change order can be applied for, or the well could be approved at a lower flow rate if deemed adequate by the School District. Coverage Improvement of the Football Field by adding zones with 1-inch bottom inlet rotors. Installation to be a design/build with materials and installation deemed suitable by School District. Irrigation design due with proposal. System Improvements: Install (13) 1-inch scrubber valves approved by School district on field hockey field and install piping from valve to first head to accommodate flow rate of 22 Gallons Per Minute. Install, set to grade, adjust and consistently nozzle new rotors on all existing zones using approved materials on three controllers. Winterization of the irrigation system in October/November 2023 Annual Maintenance: Proposal for annual maintenance including spring turn on (April 2024), 2 seasonal checks (June and August), Winterization October/November of 2024, training on-site and remote assistance for the 2024 irrigation season (April 2024 to November 2024).
