Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Contractor is responsible for providing all materials, equipment and labor to performrelocation of the existing irrigation system so the lines, heads, control boxes, and all otherirrigation items are relocated to within the utility alley ways so that not to impede futuregravesite digging in the Hilltop Section of the Bedford Center Cemetery, Church RoadBedford, NH. Prior to bidding, the utility alley way and final scope of work shall beconfirmed on site with Cemetery Trustee David Bailey, email address dcb62447@.comB.Contractor shall remove all existing irrigation heads, control valves and all relatedunderground piping and wiring in the Hilltop Section of the Bedford Center Cemetery wherepossible without disturbing the head stones. Contractor shall install new undergroundirrigation piping and wiring either by pulling by vibratory plow or trenching as necessary toa depth of 6-10 inches, within the utility alley way.C.Contractor shall re-use irrigation heads, control valves and irrigation boxes where possibleand at their discretion, and reinstall again within the utility alleyway. The contractor shall beresponsible for a complete working irrigation system in this Hilltop Section of the propertywith even water distribution throughout the area. Any existing turf irrigation heads, zonevalves or control boxes damaged during removal or not suitable for reuse shall be replacedunder this contract at the contractor’s expense. Contractor is responsible for verifyingexisting on site materials prior to bid.
