Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.4.1 Staffing Requirements Proposer shall provide the following staffing: a. Supervisory position for Therapeutic Counselors b. The equivalent of one full-time employee, Therapeutic Counselor, 40 hours in a five-day work week, with additional hours as needed upon approval of the Agency. c. The equivalent of one part-time employee, Therapeutic Counselor, less than 40 hours in a five-day work week. 2.4.2 Service Area Therapeutic Counseling Services shall be provided in, but not limited to, one or more of the twenty (20) SACU community-based residential group Homes in the following counties: a. Clackamas County b. Lane County c. Linn County d. Marion County e. Multnomah County f. Yamhill County. 2.4.3 Therapeutic Counseling Services Therapeutic Counseling Services require specific professional counseling services to include but not limited to: a. Design and deliver therapeutic Counseling Services or Psychological Services to Individuals in a Home, including developing counseling goals, counseling modalities, and the length of time for the services, b. Document the counseling goals, counseling modalities, and service decisions in the ISP in advance of services, c. Conduct specialized evaluations, including psychosexual evaluations, evaluations of informed consent, risk assessments, and community integration assessments, d. Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations including intelligence and adaptive functioning of Individuals, as requested by Clinical Service Manager or designee, e. Provide services to Individuals with I/DD who demonstrate chronic complex medical and or behavioral needs, f. Participate in an interdisciplinary team process including ISP meetings, team meetings, and SACU staff meetings, and g. Provide Individual and group counseling sessions as needed or indicated in the ISP. h. Therapeutic Counseling Records and Reporting 1) Maintain written Therapeutic Counseling progress notes for each Individuals served in an Agency approved format , final format to be detailed in any actual Contract awarded, if any. 2) Individual’s Therapeutic Counseling session progress notes content requirements. A. Counseling information including their name, location where services were provided, and date and time of services. B. Counseling session focus, discussion content, summary. C. Approved counseling goals will be addressed in notes for each Individual counseling session to determine goal progress. D. Counseling notes addressing psychological status including symptoms presented by the Individual
