Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Historic Museum at Fort Missoula (HMFM) is the recipient of a Japanese American Confinement Sites (JACS) Grant that is to be used to rehabilitate and reconstruct two original barrack buildings from the WWII Department of Justice Internment Camp at Fort Missoula located on the grounds of the Historic Museum at Fort Missoula campus. The goal is to rehabilitate one barrack (referred to as E100) on both the interior and exterior to bring it back to historical conditions. The second barrack (referred to as W100) will be a new building (only the concrete foundation is in place) that matches the E100 but its use will be for climate controlled artifact storage. W100 will be reconstructed using both components from disassembled barracks and new materials that match historical conditions. • Furnish & installation of all products, materials, etc.. in conjunction with the plans and specifications in order to provide a complete install of the project • Management/coordination of all subcontractors(does not include Owner scopes), issuing RFIs as constraints arise in the field, submittal & shop drawings submission, documentation control • Provide up to date CPM schedules, identify conflicts in the schedule and work with the Architect and Owner to ensure the project remains on schedule • Ability to complete the project while keeping the site safe and work zones blocked off where needed • Request for Information (RFI) submission as needed
