Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the construction of work described in the design documents titled Consortium Library Room 311 Archive Shelving Envelope and Shelving Upgrades. Contractor will be required to complete the construction of their scope of work after room is cleared out (9/18/2023) and within the time window provided.. Contractor will be responsible for the installation of nine (9) total additional shelving units (approx. 36” wide each) at the UC. 1) Removal and storage of Archival materials will be completed by others. 2) Removal of existing shelving for salvage will be completed by others. 3) Installation and design of the new high-density shelving will be completed by others. 4) Re-installation of archival materials into the completed project area will be completed by others.
