The successful Bidder must receive product from the manufacturer at its facility and is responsible for storing the product until installation begins. • Storage is not available at CHIHCO. However, MECA will work with the successful Bidder to identify a temporary staging area as installation is underway. 2. MECA will provide a ladder. 3. Successful Bidder must protect all adjacent areas not receiving work under the project and repair any damage to these areas at their own expense. 4. Successful Bidder is responsible for keeping Work areas in a safe and orderly manner. 5. Successful Bidder will clean Work area upon completion each day including removing all materials and debris from the premises. 6. Successful Bidder shall adhere to all codes, ordinances, or other regulatory requirements covering the scope of this project. 7. Successful Bidder will test each TV immediately after installation to make sure they are working properly.
