Specifications include, but are not limited to: • All hardware needed to implement the door alarms and access control system for the eight (8) schools. • All cabling runs that need to connect systems to be functional must be run when no students are in the school. That would be before school starts September 6, 2023, after school hours and school breaks. (November break, December to January break, February break, and April break) • All software licensing for one (1) year needed to implement the door alarms and access control system for the eight (8) schools. • Door alarm configuration and support must include the following for the eight (8) schools. o The amount of time before the alarm starts to sound. o Who texts and emails groups will be sent to. o An option to turn notifications off on specific doors at specific times. o Review system for optimal performance. • Access control configuration and support must include the following for the eight (8) schools. o Centrally managed doors for the eight (8) school buildings. o Load and configure building maps. o Label and name each door on the map. o Basic reporting for events and usage. o Review system for optimal performance. • Training Requirements: o Three hours of training for the Tech Services Team on system upkeep and application deployment of the Door Alarm System and Access Control System. o Two 1-hour trainings for district administrators on how to respond to alarms and alerts from the new systems. o Two 30-minute trainings for district staff to understand the new systems and what to expect. • Standard one (1) year warranty on all hardware
