Specifications include, but are not limited to: All labor required to remove and replace approximately 650 residential meter registers and transponders. A. Replace existing residential meter register and transponder with a new pre-programed register and transponder (provided by Owner). The Owner will provide addresses for the replacements; all addresses are within the Incline Village and Crystal Bay service area. Owner may provide additional addresses to be completed. B. Provide photos of old register, transponder numbers and register reads (labeled with address); this information is to be delivered to Owner on a weekly basis. C. Provide photos of new registers and transponder numbers (labeled with address), along with completed, legible written District-provided meter change form, and delivered to Owner on a weekly basis. D. With a silver permanent marker, mark all removed registers/transponders with the address from which it was removed. Return all removed hardware to IVGID at 1220 Sweetwater Road in Incline Village, NV. E. Contractor to insure that new transponders are mounted properly in their cradles. F. Contractor to remove debris inside of meter box up to 6” above meter register. If meter registers are buried deeper than 6” in debris, Contractor shall note address and notify the District. No installation by Contractor is necessary where this condition exists.
