Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction Manager/General Contractor solicitation as an alternative competitive process for the project delivery methodology for the Brooks-Hopmere Drinking Water and Wastewater Improvement Project. The Project consists of: 1. design and construction of either a new wastewater treatment facility or expansion of the existing treatment facility for BCSD, 2. design and construction of either improvements to the existing BCSD sanitary sewer collection system, or replacement of the existing system with a new gravity sewer, 3. design and construction of new water supply, treatment, storage, and pumping facilities for the BCSD; and 4. design and construction of a new water distribution system for the BCSD.
