The stairways in need of significant attention include, but are not limited to: • Boroff Way • Decker Way • Upper section of Rawn Way and connected boardwalk on Gastineau Ave • 2nd St stairs to Apartment Building • 3rd St/Harris St to top of Stairs and connected boardwalk. • 5th St-Kennedy St to Park St • End of East St to 4th St- Stairs on East St to recently replaced boardwalk portion. • Pine St to Hermit St • Upper 1/3 section of Cope Park Stairs-Wooden retaining wall to 7th St Given the extreme volatility in the construction materials and labor markets, the consultant shall provide documented correspondence from long lead time and/or specialty items that could impact schedule and cost.
