The Agency is seeking an open-end contract for site preparations on existing SIRN Network Towers sites for the installation of Prefabricated Concrete Shelters that measure 10’ Wide x 20’ Long by 9’2” in Height. 3.1.1.1 Vendor must provide all labor and equipment to clear the area of: 3.1.1.1.1 Tree’s (trimming or timbering if needed), 3.1.1.1.2 Debris, 3.1.1.1.3 Ensure existing concrete pad is clear of any obstructions that may prevent installation of the new prefabricated concrete shelter, 3.1.1.1.4 Minor grading around the existing concrete pad
