Equipment shall be suitable for drilling into rock for blasting agents or hand excavation. Self contained rotary hydraulic track drill capable of drilling 2.5 to 4.5 inch diameter holes. Drill shall be capable of drilling to a depth of 30 ft. Drill must be capable of drilling presplit holes on a 1/2:1 slope. The Department will be responsible for constructing reasonable access to drill locations and constructing drilling platform ; This price includes up to a 5 inch diameter charge up to a depth of hole of 10 feet for and each hole successfully drilled, loaded, and shot. Each hole will be paid on a per each hole basis. Additional depth of holes above 10 feet will be covered by a separate item. All drilling and blasting operations shall be completed in accordance with the following provisions. This price shall include any additional depth of hole and charge above the per each 10 feet charge, for up to 4.5 inch diameter charge. This item will be paid per linear feet of each hole successfully drilled and shot above the 10 feet covered in lines 005 and 006.
