Specifications include, but are not limited to: Daggett Montesorri is a multi-building campus surrounding an interior courtyard that will be receiving major renovations and additions. Current planned renovations include new roofing for each building, all new exterior windows, new HVAC units, and electrical gear and lighting replacement. Building additions will include an updated and expanded administration building, a performing arts expansion, and possible addition to the middle school building. All buildings will receive interior upgrades to refresh all spaces. Sitework will include improvements to the perimeter security, improved drainage, new covered walkways, and new landscaping to help support exciting outdoor learning spaces. Removal of all portable buildings is also included.
