Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Frame 2X4 – 20-gauge metal stud for three walls to bottom of existing ceiling tile grid. 2. One coat plaster finish. 3. Furnish and install new ½ inch Kalboard and one coat of plaster. 4. Install two new 3’ – 0” x 7’ – 0” hollow metal frame 16 gauge 2” face welded, frame anchors stud welded, base anchor welded, spreader bar welded to frame and closure reinforcement welded to frame. 5. Install two new 3’ – 0” x 7’ – 0” 1 3/4” solid core PC5 for 20 minute and non-rated, factory machined for hardware, plane sliced red oak factory applied finish color cane. Flush wood, pre-finish door to match pre-existing office doors. 6. Install 3-hinges: 4.5x4.5 BB US10B or 61. 7. Install new 6” oak wood base (and stain to match existing) on new walls inside and outside.
