Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kenton County Fiscal Court, herein referred to as “County” is requesting proposals for the replacement of its parking access and revenue control system (PARCS) at the Kenton County Parking Garage located 220 Madison Avenue, Covington Kentucky 41011. This purchase is intended to be a turnkey operation. Therefore, pricing shall include all supervision, materials, equipment, labor, tools, and services required to ensure proper installation and operation of the parking equipment listed herein. Any items not specifically listed but required to provide a complete system shall be considered a part of the proposal. During the course of the work, the contractor shall cause as little inconvenience as possible to the Public, County employees or scheduled activities, and shall maintain the work site free from any conditions that may result in danger or nuisance to the public.
