Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (“ITB”) is to establish a Contract for installation of an Owner supplied 25 foot gate on a fire road at Silver Falls State Park, 20024 Silver Falls Hwy SE, Sublimity, Oregon 97385; The Contractor must coordinate excavation with the Project Manager to ensure OPRD archaeological monitor is onsite. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all Work in connection with the project; Full Installation of Owner Supplied Gate: to include, but not be limited to, mobilization, clearing and grubbing, excavation with monitor, setting posts in concrete, assembly and installation of Owner supplied double gate, site cleanup, demobilization.
