Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of the RTAA to select a qualified Contractor licensed to work in the State of Nevada to install DormaKaba automated exit lane breach control technology to secure the airport sterile area. Work will include demolition and installation of walls, security doors, automated exit lanes (to be purchased by the RTAA and installed by the Contractor), possible relocation of fire suppression as necessary, relocation of HVAC and electrical work, and to provide all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, permits and fees, utilities required, and all incidental items necessary to provide the scope of work entitled "Automated Exit Lanes" per the drawings, plans, and specifications provided herein as Attachment D, Special Conditions, subject to all terms and conditions contained in this ITB.
