Specifications include, but are not limited to: Brands requested are Better Built, Weather Guard, Joe Box and Tractor Supply. It is the intent of these specifications to describe truck tool boxes to be used on Cabinet owned one (1) ton and larger vehicles. Materials furnished shall be new and at least of standard quality currently used commercially, conforming to current engineering and manufacturing practices. Materials shall be free from defects that adversely affect the function or appearance of the finished units. Units furnished as a result of this solicitation shall be new models and shall be of good quality as to workmanship and materials used. Units meeting specifications and being provided as a standard unit shall be presented with net pricing. Any equipment not specifically mentioned in this specification, but listed in the manufacturer's literature, as standard equipment shall be furnished.
