Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Maine, Governor’s Energy Office is seeking proposals from qualified entities to administer one or more clean energy business incubators, accelerators, or other support services programs that contribute to the growth of the clean energy economy in Maine. The services provided by the awarded Bidder(s) will be aligned with the programs and initiatives of the Clean Energy Partnership program, a program focused on preparing more Maine people for jobs in the growing clean energy and energy efficiency (CE & EE) fields, providing avenues for business support, advancing innovation and technology of the clean energy sector, and achieving Governor Mills’ goal of 30,000 clean energy jobs in Maine by 2030.
