Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Jeffersontown has developed plans for the development of the Veteran’s Memorial Park: Phase Two. The park site includes a 7.5-acre area and extends east from Ruckriegel Parkway through the former Water Treatment site to Chenoweth Run. Full construction of the park is being completed in multiple bid packages. This bid package is the fourth bid set. Base Bid: Plans call for the construction of the west edge parking area, the stage apron, the amphitheater plaza behind the building, performance lawn, sidewalks, site walls, paver areas, site lighting, planting, and irrigation. Bids shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and specifications, including clean-up and disposal of all materials. The Contractor who is awarded the bid will be responsible for ensuring these measures are met.
