Specifications include, but are not limited to: Clovis Municipal Schools is seeking sealed proposals from individuals or firms qualified to do business in the State of New Mexico to provide legal counsel services on behalf of Clovis Municipal Schools in accordance with the outlines and specifications contained in this Request for Proposal. The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified agencies with experience working with school districts to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of legal services to oversee and assist in managing all related legal matters, ensuring maximum protection of legal rights and continued operation consistent with federal, state and local laws.
