All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: This contract will be for custodial services in a State of Maine leased office space and may be terminated with a thirty-day notice if a lease is not negotiated or the lease is terminated or if the services are negotiated into the lease. Approximate Cleaning Space: 3,750 square feet ; Hours of work: Work will be accomplished three times weekly (Monday, Wednesday, & Friday), during business hours. Hours and day of the week once set may only change with the approval of the facility representative. If there is a holiday, State closure, the facility/Department requests or needs to restrict outside personnel the day specific tasks are to be performed or if the Contractor’s personnel cannot be at the job site as scheduled, the Contractor must coordinate a time with the facility representative to accomplish all contractually obligated tasks as soon as possible. The Contractor must keep employees on site until all of the regularly scheduled tasks as covered in this contract have been successfully completed.
