Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 The COE is seeking a comprehensive data management system that allows an integration with the Banner information system and Canvas learning management system. 3.2 The system will allow for the alignment of accreditation, program, and state standards with student assessments, allow reports to be run based on standard or substandards, and allow completion of assessments online through the system, the Canvas learning management system, or through an online link. 3.3 The system will have a way to track program requirements and coordinate field experiences. 3.4 The system will have a user friendly and intuitive interface and provide seamless integration with current systems with the goal of providing faculty, staff, and students an interface that requires a minimum amount of learning a new system. 3.5 The system will support an increase in usage with anticipated student growth and COE program usage for accreditation and assessment. 3.6 See Exhibit A for a list of required and preferred specifications. 3.7 Conform to W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA and Section 508 (2018 Revision) standards. 3.8 Comply with student privacy regulations as specified within the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) rules and regulations. 3.9 Required Services Specifications. Services related to implementation and configuration must include and are not limited to: 3.9.1 Remote end-user training; 3.9.2 Documentation consulting; 3.9.3 Configuration consulting, including best practices for the University’s intended use of the product; 3.9.4 Implementation troubleshooting; and 3.9.5 The Proposer is to assign a project or account manager who will be the sole point of contact for implementation and configuration assistance. This person must be identified in the proposal.
