The proposed product must: 2.1.1. Infrastructure and unlimited storage to host a WordPress multi-site service. 2.1.2. WordPress installation, management, and maintenance (updates and patching). 2.1.3. WordPress support and troubleshooting (24/7/365) by a team of experts. 2.1.4. Provide a single sign on (SSO), Shibboleth integration. 2.1.5. Super administrative privileges for University to manage all sites and users within their network. 2.1.6. School branding. 2.1.7. Full privacy and access control 2.1.8. Content filtering and monitoring. 2.1.9. Pre-installed and managed themes/plugins. 2.1.10. Fully responsive features for mobile devices 2.1.11. Integrated statistics and analytics. 2.1.12. Class and student management tools. 2.1.13. Custom domain mapping. 2.1.14. Training videos and user guides. 2.1.15. Batch adding sites/users. 2.1.16. Cloud hosting with backups and caching. 2.1.17. Content exporting. 2.1.18. Ability to support multiple sites for each faculty, staff, and student user on campus (30,000+ users). 2.1.19. Comply with student privacy regulations as specified within the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) rules and regulations. 2.1.20.
