Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Discovery Center Construction, including but not limited to: clearing, grading, grubbing and infrastructure, foundations, walls, metal structures, wood elements, thermal moisture protection, roofing, water proofing, finishes, furnishing, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, electronic safety and security, etc. The Project includes dust controls, erosion controls, all roads (construction and permanent), utility infrastructure works (including domestic water (inclusive of tracer lines), stormwater, and sewer), rough grading, as necessary and all appurtenant work necessary to complete the Project, in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, Federal, State, and Local regulations and requirements.
