Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, materials, tools, and all other incidental work necessary for the Honolulu Zoo Fennec Fox Barn Roof Rehabilitation; The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, materials, tools, and all other incidental work necessary for the Honolulu Zoo Fennec Fox Barn Roof Rehabilitation for the City and County of Honolulu (“CITY”) in accordance with these specifications; The work shall include the removal, storage, and replacement of items presently attached to the roof; these items shall include but are not limited to gates, wire mesh ceiling, remote manual gate operators, cabling and pulleys for the remote gate operators, gutters, light fixtures, electrical conduits and wiring, bird screens, etc. The contractor shall replace all worn or deteriorated components with matching components to provide a functioning barn to the satisfaction of the Officer-in-Charge.
