Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Fairview is requesting proposals from firms qualified and interested in providing professional engineering services for the SCADA System Review and Integration. Background: The SCADA system is starting to reach an age where it requires several subsystem upgrades in the near future. The goals of this project are to identify an upgrade path for the existing SCADA system using a cost-effective method while maintaining reliability, redundancy, and security. The technical proposal also will provide recommendations for total cost of ownership (TCO) options for short-term/long-term capital improvement plan (CIP) and operation and maintenance (O&M) costs. The goal would be to add this aspect of the work in a future task order depending on costs and logistics. The Consultant shall provide technical recommendation, results of SCADA interviews from stakeholders and scope, schedule, and budget for SCADA upgrades. The Consultant is expected to provide a highly qualified and experienced team and be able to deliver satisfactory products and services.
