Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to remove and replace asphalt pavement and complete curb, sidewalk, asphalt and drainage improvements on 12200 South from approximately 600 East to 700 East; Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment as required to furnish, place, and finish Portland cement concrete to the lines, grades, thicknesses, and cross-sections listed on the plans for sidewalk, ramps, aprons, curb, gutter, and driveways. Access is limited to rip rap areas. 12” minus rip rap up stream of Inlet structure must be hand placed in order to limit damage to existing vegetation. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan shall consist of work and operations, including but not limited to, all work involved in developing and implementing a storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP), as well as the implementation of construction site best management practices (BMP’s) for sediment control, tracking control, non-storm water management, waste management, and materials pollution control and all other methods used to control water pollution effectively during construction as identified in the SWPPP. The SWPPP shall include temporary concrete washout, inlet protection, and any BMP’s the Contractor deems necessary above and beyond those items cited in this description.
