Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotes for conducting a security assessment at the Oregon Manufacturing Innovation Center Research & Development; Quoters are expected to present proposals for conducting a facility security assessment of the OMIC R&D campus in Scappoose, Oregon. The quote must outline the factors to be used when evaluating the security of the facility, including the physical security and access control systems. The work product required under this RFQ will be a written evaluation and recommendations for proper procedures, protocols and changes to the physical security and access control systems to meet Department of Defense standards to conduct each of the three (3) levels of Department of Defense sponsored research (i.e., sensitive, secret, and top secret) at the OMIC R&D campus.
