Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE) and its GEAR UP Kentucky (GUK) Program, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors who can partner to provide virtual advising, mentoring and tutoring for students, including the software platform and the trained advisors/mentors. GUK seeks a partner who can provide the following: * Immediate access to trained near-peer advisors. * User-friendly software platform to facilitate student mentoring, advising, and tutoring * Monitoring systems and protocols. The selected partner will: - Work with GUK staff to coordinate the immediate recruitment of students to participate in the program, including in-person and/or virtual recruitment events, customized promotional print materials, and digital recruitment tools including promotional videos for students and parents. - Facilitate the documentation of parental permission to confirm student participation. - Begin delivery of advising, peer mentoring and peer tutoring as soon as participation is confirmed. - Provide monthly reports to GUK and participating school leadership outlining delivery of services to students and student engagement with advisors. - Allow GUK staff access to the provided platform to view all student interactions and records.
