Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Commercial General Construction licensed to perform in the State of New Mexico. a. Repairs and renovations to existing buildings and infrastructure b. Install and/or new structures c. Provide services normally performed by licensed contractor d. May include services listed in Section II B, C, D (below) B. Plumbing and Mechanical a. Plumbing and mechanical testing, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to buildings m and infrastructure m b. Provide recommendations on corrective actions based on plumbing and mechanical m conditions c. Any other plumbing services licensed to perform in the State of New Mexico. C. Fencing a. Install, repair, design, maintenance, and installation of all types of fencing qualified m to perform in the State of New Mexico. D. Roofing a. Install, repair, design, maintenance, and installation of all types of roofing licensed m to perform in the State of New Mexico. E. Electrical a. Install, repair, design, maintenance, and installation of all categories of electrical m licensed to perform in the State of New Mexico.
