Specifications include, but are not limited to: Throughout the Term of the Agreement, Kelmar shall undertake the technical administration of a hosted software as a service (“SaaS”) unclaimed property management solution (“KAPS®”) to support the State’s unclaimed property operations. Kelmar’s KAPS® services shall include the hosting and delivery of the KAPS® System; the KAPS® State Website Solution; the KAPS® Integrated Imaging and Document Management Services; the KAPS® LexisNexis® Instant Verify® and LexID® Identification Authentication Services; the Kelmar Fraud Index (“KFI”) in combination with LexisNexis’ ThreatMetrix® Solution; the KAPS® Off-site Claims Processing and Call Center Services; and related technical support, maintenance, and upkeep of the Software and related Software Deliverables inclusive of help desk and support services as well as training for use of KAPS® and all modules and third party integrations associated therewith (collectively, the “Services”).
