Specifications include, but are not limited to: State of Iowa is looking for a bidder to provide Laundry and Linen Services for the Woodward Resources Center; Woodward Resource Center Laundry Services, consisting of wash, dry and fold. WRC owns its own linens and clothing and will provide laundry carts for vendor use. Pick-up and delivery on Monday and Thursday by noon at the WRC Laundry Facility 1251 354th Street, Woodward, Iowa 50276. Soiled Monday pick-up will be delivered cleaned on the following Thursday and soiled Thursday pick-up will be delivered the following Monday. 25,000 to 38,000 pounds per month, seasonally dependent with an average of 32,000 pounds, consisting of; pillow cases, flat sheets, fitted sheets, bed spreads, blankets, wash clothes, bath towels, shirt protectors and bibs, napkins, table clothes and mop heads. Optional quoted services will be 1) stain treatment and removal, 2) ironing and 3) sorting and bundling, all per pound. Soiled laundry will be sorted by the facility before vendor pick up.
