Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued by the State of Oregon, Department of Consumer and Business Services, Division of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Agency) to seek Offers1 for the purchase of Online Safety and Training Videos or Agency approved equal. Videos must meet or exceed all the following specifications: • All videos should be high definition and high quality programs, ex 720p. • Provide videos in both English and Spanish (more languages are preferred). o Spanish closed captioning or subtitles may be offered as an alternative to Spanish audio, if Spanish audio is not available for all videos. Services must include the following: • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in providing customer services and sales of workplace safety and health training videos. o Experience includes acting as a research partner by identifying and recommending training videos for previewing by our Technical Department. • Allow agency to preview videos for 30 days at no cost. • Distribute videos from multiple major video producers. • Provide videos in multiple languages. • Ability to offer discounts on multiple purchases. • Ability to identify, locate and access programs to submit to our technical staff. o New videos must meet requirements of Oregon’s safety and health laws and rules. • Provide a Video Library that is available to all Oregon employers to connect with any device (iPad, cellular phone, laptop and desktop that has internet connections). • Provide an option to allow all users to have unlimited access to services.
