The Office of Attorney General – Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) plans to enter into a contract for 24 months with two options to renew for 24 months each with Cathy Schweitzer to perform sex offender risk assessments. Cathy Schweitzer has the experience and training to perform sex offender risk assessments. She reviews criminal history information, law enforcement investigative reports, institutional records, court documents, including complaints, criminal information, presentence investigations, criminal judgments and sentences, orders revoking probation, and available treatment, psychological and psychiatric records on sexual offenders who are subject to registration under NDCC 12.1-32.15. She scores the Static 99 and Risk Matrix 2000 if necessary and provides the risk scores and a Subject Summary to the Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee (SORAC).
