Specifications include, but are not limited to: UK King’s Daughters Medical Center, desires to lease approximately 900-1,000 square feet of clinical space in the Vanceburg, KY area. Use of space would be on a timeshare basis as scheduled. Space must have a minimum of 2 exam rooms, 1 restroom, 1 office, lobby space and adequate paved parking. Medical office space needs to include the use of furnishings, all utilities, housekeeping services as well as computers and the potential for medical practice personnel should the need arise. Any property selected for lease must meet OSHA specifications, as well as ADA guidelines and all applicable building codes as enforced by the Division of Building Code Enforcement. Arrangements will be made to view all properties meeting the general specifications of this lease project. A representative of the Legal Services Department will contact you so that an appointment can be made to inspect the proposed facility.
