Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rollback Wrecker Truck; Contractor and/or Contractor’s commercial carrier will be responsible to unload the product/material from the delivery truck. It is also the responsibility of the Contractor or Contractor’s commercial carrier to furnish the needed equipment to unload the product/material from the truck. INDOT will not lend its own equipment or use INDOT employees to unload the product/material from the truck. Each vehicle shall be equipped with a dry chemical fire extinguisher and approved mounting bracket. The exact location of mounting shall be approved by the INDOT location prior to final installation. Truck shall be two (2) Wheel Drive, Dual Rear Wheel (DRW), Extended Cab with a 21.5’ Rollback Body;
