Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is currently requesting bids to establish a purchase order for the installation of a 20-ton HVAC unit to include removal of exisiting equipment, installation, start-up, and training. A. Check for coordination with other requirements. B. Stamp each submittal with a uniform approval stamp with a statement certifying that submittal has been reviewed, checked and confirmed for compliance with the Solicitation Documents. Mark with Contractor’s approval stamp and provide Contractor’s signature before submission. 1. Specifically identify: a. Number and title of applicable Specification Section. b. Drawing number and detail references, as applicable. c. Clear indication of specific part number, etc. where product specification sheets contain multiple part numbers. d. Applicable available options clearly marked. e. Complete with respect to quantities, dimensions, specific performance, materials, and similar data. 2. Specifically identify that there are no deviations from specifications. a. Where there are deviations from specifications, identify such in a section labeled “Deviations” in a cover page for the submittal(s). Failure to identify deviations will result in required compliance with specifications irrespective of TDCJ’s implied or explicit acceptance of submittal(s). C. Where a specification or other technical requirement contained within the portion of this solicitation that is signed and sealed by an Architect/Engineer conflicts with a specification or other technical requirement elsewhere in this solicitation, the requirement contained in the portion signed and sealed by the Architect/Engineer shall prevail.
