Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Administration (DOA), Division of Personnel and Labor Relations (DOPLR) is seeking information from individuals who are qualified to provide legal and policy advice for collective bargaining negotiations between the State of Alaska (SOA) and the public employee unions that represent SOA Executive Branch Classified employees. DOPLR is gathering information related to legal and consultative services for the negotiations of SOA collective bargaining agreements. Service that includes consultation, support during the negotiation process, and providing strategic advice to the division. Comprehensive experience with SOA labor laws and practices, as well as historical knowledge of SOA labor union contract negotiations are required skills to provide these services.
