Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Hamilton Southeastern School Corporation, Hamilton County, Indiana (“HSE,” the “School Corporation” or the “Owner”), is contemplating the renovation of the existing Fall Creek Intermediate School (“FCI”). Located at 12011 Olio Road, Fishers Indiana, FCI was originally constructed in 1998. FCI is currently 137,218 square feet on 23.21 acres of land. As part of the 2023 Buildings and Grounds 10-Year Plan, the School Corporation has allocated funds for the renovation of FCI (the “Project”). HSE anticipates the start of construction on the building in May 2024. FCI has remained fairly untouched since opening. After serving HSE students for over 25 years, HSE believes it is time to renovate the building. It is HSE’s recommendation that the renovation includes updates to interior and exterior finishes, address building envelope issues, update mechanical, fire, and public address systems, furniture replacement, kitchen updates, and make improvements to the playground and parking lot. The delivery method for the project will be CMc. Once the architect and engineer has been selected by HSE (collectively, the “Architect”), the School Corporation will then initiate the CMc selection process with the help of the Architect.
