Specifications include, but are not limited to: The building, located at 150 South Main Street, Providence was constructed between 1952 and 1953. The Office of the Attorney General has occupied the building since 1996. Some general improvements and renovations over the years have occurred, including a major interior renovation (2019/2020) and exterior restoration (2018/2019). Other renovations throughout the years include but are not limited to roof replacement (1997), cupola repainting/roof flashing work (1998 & 2019), window replacement/lintel repair (2006), parapet masonry/flashing work (1999, 2010, 2012 & 2019), new rooftop HVAC equipment (2018 & 2019). The Garland style built-up roof system (replaced in 1997) has reached the end of its useful life and needs replacement.
